Contracting

The granted applicants will conclude Support Agreement with the Danube-Mecsek Regional Development Foundation, which will be countersigned by the National Development Agency's Central Financial and Contracting Unit (NFÜ KPSZE). For this to happen, the beneficiary shall meet the requirements for contracting in accordance with the regulations and by the set deadline.

It is a precondition for concluding Support Contract that the beneficiary submits to the Foundation the enclosures, certifications and documents specified in the Application Guidelines, if they had not been submitted before or there was a change in the document since submission date. If the deadline for presenting the documents required for the agreement is not met, the award decision loses its validity.

Before concluding the Support Contract, the Foundation makes sure that the project can be implemented or can be started, or at least the public procurement required for its implementation can be commenced immediately.

The deadline for sending back the signed Support Contract and the documents required for entering into Support Contract is 30 days from the receipt of the letter informing about the award decision. Within 15 days from the receipt of the documents required to sign the Support Contract, the foundation will forward the signed Support Contract to the beneficiary.

The beneficiary shall immediately notify the foundation if during the Support Contract's effective date there is a change in the identification data in the Support Contract or the data related to the contract's fulfilment (such as contact details or bank account number).

Monitoring

Beneficiary shall complete the project in accordance with conditions in the Support Contract. If the beneficiary fails to do so, the foundation is entitled to suspend financing, or to reduce the grant, and initiate partial or whole repayment, or cancel the Support Contract. On-site checks are likely to occur after the payment of the submitted payment requests, or, in justified cases, prior to the payment as well as during the availability period. Each on-site check shall be placed on record.
